Kaylynn, I love camping too! Go back to your "check out my little brother" post and you will find a comment from me. I saw the video of your little brother and I remembered him bearing his testimony at last year's youth conference. I didn't think it was possible, so at the next dance I asked him if he knew Kaylynn, and he asked if I was talking about his sister!!! I got really excited and he thought it was pretty cool too, but I think I still kind of creeped him out. Anyway, at youth conference this year after he helped push our cart through the deep mud and we made it across the river I requested a photo with him which I promised to post on my blog. He was so kind to grant my wish. There you have it!
I'm KAYLYNN and I would like to introduce my family of "K's". My husband KYLE and I have been married for 19 years and have 4 children - KALE, KRISTOPHER, KARALYN and KODY. The most important thing you could know about me is that I LOVE this little family of mine.
"I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long, perfectly manicured fingernails. I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking the kids to scout camp. I want to be there with grass stains on my shoes from mowing Sister Shenk's lawn. I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbor's children. I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping weed someone's garden. I want to be there with children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder. I want the Lord to know I was here and that I really lived."
