Beach House 2013

For the past 10 or so years we have always ended our summer with a trip to the beach house. . .

BUT, this year we got to START our summer out with the beach house!

The WAVES gave us an amazing show this year!

So fun to watch them and listen to them!

But even better than that. . . to PLAY in them!

Kris basically lived in the water for 7 days!

And these two were so fun to watch playing together in the water. . .

(remember when she was afraid of the water)

Not this year!

She even got brave enough to try boogie boarding with daddy. . . 

Kody couldn't get enough. . .

Every morning he would wake up and point to the ocean outside the window!

Even Kyle and I stole some time away together to play in the waves. . . 

If the kids weren't in the ocean they could be found in the spa!

Day or Night!!!!

And if they weren't in the water. . .

they were watching the water!

Kody loved the DECK!

 We roasted Marshmallows. . .

We played in the sand. . . .

And some of us ate the sand. . . 

And we ENJOYED the SAND, SUN, and SURF!

The theme this year was tie-dye and CRAZY HATS. . . .

So fun to see everyone so crazy!

I love these pictures and just seeing how happy everyone was but I can't help but completely be heartbroken that my Kale was not there this year.

He had scout camp the same week and he made the decision to attend scout camp. He knew how hard it would be for him to get his eagle scout if he didn't attend camp.

Love him.
