Who else can have this much fun in 5 days?

CUB SCOUTS
AT
TWILIGHT CAMP
(that's day camp and has nothing to do with vampires or werewolves)

Here's Kale with his troop of Webeloes!

In no particular order . . .
Here we go!

We have BB Gun's

Leather Making

Wiffle Ball

Archery

Rock Wall Climb

Tug - O - War

Obstacle Course
(I blinked and missed Kale going under these ropes - small came in handy for once)
Bottle Rockets

(first year out of three that his rocket has survived the trees!)

And he finally came to visit me at the COOKING STATION where I was every night teaching boys how to cook smores in solar ovens, make home made ice cream, and cooking grilled cheese sandwiches on buddy burners!

Sound ambitious! It was! But I was not alone. I had my stake primary ladies helping all week!

That is just a few of the fun stations the boys were able to participate in!

The closing ceremonies each night were fantastic as well.
The boys even got to participate in a flag retirement ceremony. They each got to take a piece of a flag and put it in the fire before watching a tattered flag be retired into the fire.

What a way to end Kale's last year of Twilight Camp!

Wow looks like a ton of fun and a lot of work. Did you help plan all of it?

Jen, We had a wonderful camp director who did so much planning it's ridiculous. We only planned the cooking station which was enough for me! It really was an incredible week!

Wow! That's a lot of work! Your boys are so lucky to have you in the stake!
